Tellus Property Developers and Consultants Private Limited was founded in the year 2004. We have been promoting layouts in and around Chennai for the past 18 years. We also advise individuals, corporates, HNI’S on legal and real estate portfolio management.

Our enthusiasm and passion for sports has lead us to venture into a new and distinct horizon of retail business with our exclusive sports store – “One Up Sports”

At One Up, we offer products from leading sports brands for various sports like Cricket, Badminton, Foot Ball, Volley Ball, Basket Ball, Table Tennis, Hockey, Carrom Boards, Yoga mats, Sports Shoes, Sports accessories and Chess. Our high quality and diverse product range combined with attractive pricing is what sets us apart. We deal with products catering to varied age groups starting from 5 years and above.

Our aim is to promote an active lifestyle among people and encourage kids with talents in different sports to align their skills, passion and purpose, so that they are congruent towards their chosen goals.

Our inclination towards sports and our willingness to promote budding cricketers has steered us in to owing our KDCA and DCAC League cricket team under the name of Tellus Cricket Club.

  • We are currently operating in markets in Chennai and looking forward to expand our reach to other states within India and also Overseas.

  • To set up a Sports academy with state of the art facilities for all sports under one roof to train and coach passionate kids
